Alvarez retains undisputed super-middleweight world title beating Golovkin in Las Vegas

Mexico’s Saul “Canelo” Alvarez retained hisb undisputed super-middleweight world title on September 17, defeating Gennady Golovkin of Kazakhstan to complete their epic fight trilogy at an electric T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

It was a welcome return to form for Alvarez, who suffered the second defeat of his career earlier this year after moving up to light-heavyweight to face Dmitry Bivol.
