Shah Hussain wins first bronze for Pakistan in Commonwealth Games 2022

Shah Hussain has won the first bronze medal for Pakistan in the -90kg weight category of the judo contests of the Commonwealth Games at the Coventry Judo Arena in Birmingham on August 3.

The two-time Olympian defeated Breytenbach Thomas-Laszio of South Africa to get his second Commonwealth Games medal. Earlier, he had won silver in the -100kg in the 2014 CWG at Glasgow.

Shah won it by ippon after a two minutes and 51 seconds fight.
