Afghani Boti Recipe

Afghani Boti is one of the famous dishes of Afghanistan with a mild and aromatic flavors, mutton cubes and lamb fat cubes marinated in garlic, papaya paste, cinnamon powder, black pepper and salt. Serve with naan and raita.

½ kg Mutton boneless
250 gm Fat1 tsp Crushed black pepper
1 tbsp Garlic paste
½ tsp Papaya paste
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
2 tbsp Oil
Lahori salt to taste

Cooking Method
Cut mutton and fat it into small cubes.
Now marinate mutton and fat with black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, oil, salt and papaya paste for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Thread the mutton and fat pieces onto the BBQ sticks and grill it on the oven for at least 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
Remove from the oven and give it the smoke of coal.
Delicious Afghani Boti is ready to serve

Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with Naan and raita.
